Home Resource Management, LLC is a Tennessee State Licensed General Contractor. We handle just about anything in regards to residential buildings ~ from additions, remodels and repairs to investor services. We have over 30 years experience in the home building industry. We are are proud of our diversity and problem solving skills with respect to the home and will be happy to work with you on a variety of projects. We are based in the Spring Hill area.
Jerry Earwood has been involved in all aspects of the construction industry since the late1970's. His main focus before forming Home Resource Management, LLC was in residential construction. You can find many of the homes that Jerry has built or supervised in some of the more expensive neighbors and subdivisions in Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville and other areas. Jerry's extensive 'hands on' experience with custom and spec homes, additions and remodels is truly beneficial when it comes to the actual 'nuts and bolts' of our many construction sites. If you have a tough job or one that requires a problem solver/idea person, Jerry is your man. Jerry's main focus at HRM is quality control, project management and organization of resources. In other words, Jerry makes sure our jobs stay on track, keeping a close eye on quality of materials and craftsmanship while he manages the intricate schedules of each project. Jerry retired from the Franklin City Fire Department after 25 years and brings with him a special concern of construction from a fireman's point of view.
Linda Earwood is a licensed Real Estate Agent working at United Country Leipers Fork. Lindas focus at HRM is general office, website management and marketing. Because of Linda's real estate background, Linda also assists in the location and identification of potential investment properties for our clients.
Justin Hicks is our 'idea man'. He has amazing insight when it comes to investment properties and putting teams together to accomplish specific goals with a focus on creativity, excellence, timeliness and working within budgets. Justin has an entrepreneural spirit that began while he was still in high school when he started his first business. While Justin also has considerable 'hands on' construction experience, he is a truly gifted 'people' person and really enjoys working with individuals and investor groups to accomplish their goals. Justin's focus at HRM will be investing, marketing, recruitment and sales.
Mallory Hicks is a truly gifted artisian and can make great suggestions on colors, textures and any interior design items. If you have any interior design questions, Mallory can most likely help.
